In contact straight away. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a thorough and excellent job fixing my bathroom radiator which was leaking - replaced valve, fixed brackets and replaced flexible hoses with copper piper and soldered them, and properly secured radiator to wall. Also fixed toilet seat fitting. Great service and highly recommend Ross!

Hired Ross to do a complete re refurbishment of my bathroom including removal of stud wall to convert toilet and bathroom into one. Ross is very knowledgeable he tells you what he has done every day and tells you what he is going to do the next day.His work is excellent and works without breaks. Ross along with his brother work very hard every day and nothing is to much trouble for them.If there is a problem along the way Ross will talk about it and change it to whatever you require.He leaves the site very clean and tidy every day.He is very helpful and helps in every way he can. Would I recommend him?.....yes 100% .Would I employ him again?....yes 100% and already speaking to him about a new job

From the time we listed the job, the response was quick. Ross turned up at agreed date and time for initial quote. Whilst undertaking the job he was polite, friendly, thorough, tidy and professional . Any concerns and issues that arose was dealt with efficiently by Ross. Even when we changed our minds or wanted time to think options through Ross was always patient and accommodating. The standard of work carried out was beyond what we expected. We are very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future and would recommend him to others.

I am so happy that I chose Ross,I know that I could not have made a better choice.He takes great care and pride in his work, is very skilled in all that he does and gives good advice for getting the best results possible, he has a good eye for what will look best . I now have the best bathroom that I have ever seen or hoped for. Ross's attention to detail and finishing touches could not be better. Every where was left clean and tidy each day I will definitely recommend him to anybody and already have plans to employ him again. Did I mention? Ross has done a great job, he has replaced a somewhat tatty soil and vent system with a gleaming new set up that looks splendid. Just to make the job interesting we are having the cottage’s roof replaced at the same time and he was happy to come at an agreed time when the roofers were elsewhere and he had to work around the scaffolding. We will certainly use Ross again.
