    Nu-Flame gas fire repair

    Very disappointed as I received a call just an hour before appointment just to be told that he had to cancel

    Hi Karen, Apologies about this, this isn’t the way I work, if something does occur I would rather you know that I can’t make it than not just turn up. We did offer you other days which you where fine with and said you would get back to me but I didn’t hear from you. I was going to chase it up but noticed your negative feedback so took your decision from that. Hope you got sorted in the end. Thanks Kristian

    ASAP - boiler checked and certified

    Very professional, friendly and approachable Exercised patience as I was running late dropping my child at school. Waited for me to come home Definitely will use Richardson Gas Engineer Again and even refer them to friends and families

    Service boiler

    Kristin arrived on time, completed a through service of the boiler including checking on the location and lagging of the outside gas metar. Gave a full explanation of what he was doing and why throughout the service. Would recommend his services highly. Thank you Kristian, we will be having you back next year. Will Smith

    Annual safety certificate
