Russell responded extremely quickly after I posted the job, shortlisted him, quote given, go ahead given and Russell sent two members of his team out very quickly to do the work required. Work was carried out at a reasonable price. They turned up and did a great job, really lovely lads, pleasant & polite at all times, even cleaned up after themselves. Even tho Russell was not on site, he kept in touch with his team & myself while the work was being carried out. Russell & his team have given an excellent service from start to finish. They even advised me on an issue they had noticed on the roof, at no point did they push or try to get me to have the work done, I approached them to quote for the additional work, which again Russell did a reasonable quote for the work required. I find first impressions count when looking for someone to do a job, Russell made that first impression on contact he was efficient, polite, helpful. I did not get any other quotes after speaking with Russell he gave me the confidence that he would do a good job and I’m pleased I choose them to do the work. Russell did everything he said he would. I would highly recommend using Russell and his team, I am impressed with the fast friendly response from start to finish. Came out when he said they would, work carried out efficiently and at a reasonable price what more could you ask for.

Russell got back to me very quickly and arranged to sort out a roof tile that had come off and got lodged in my guttering. He came round the following morning and put the tile back in place and sorted out the problem with no fuss. I would definitely get Russell's help with any roof problems in future.

Great work quick and efficient
