Excellent service, I spoke to Russell yesterday on behalf of an (elderly) neighbour, about replacing a slate tile on her roof, she had been let down and was starting to worry. He promised to do the job today and two of his roofers turned up bang on time and made short/efficient work of the job at a reasonable price, but more important relieved a worry from our lovely neighbour. At the same time has given me a competitive estimate to re-roof, using existing slate, our house. So when I am ready to go ahead I think it will be RDs roofing doing the job. First impressions are important, theirs were very good.

Failed to quote after viewing the work and didn't answer my 2 calls on his mobile when I asked if he was still interested. This was disappointing as he impressed me when calling to see the job.

Russell came out to quote for the job and managed to get it done there and then. Work was carried out as requested and without any fault, professional, on time and tidy. Russell was efficient, punctual and professional. He did everything he said he would in a timely fashion and to the pre agreed cost. He communicated throughout, sending us pictures if his work. We would use him again.

Russell was very quick to respond to my post, he came out quickly to assess the job and confirm what needed to be done. Once agreed, Russell set things in motion and the job progressed quickly. He came with his team and they have done a great job. I now have a completely new roof and guttering system. I am very happy with the work completed and nothing was too much trouble for Russell or his team. Will contact Russell again in future for other possible work to be carried out. Very friendly and approachable, would highly recommend.
