Russel has been very helpful, he arrive on time as promised. After service is good too, he texted to check if everything okay, if has any issue he has come back out to re-seal where it need to be, keep his word honoured the guaranteed job as he has quoted. I truly respect honesty workmanship like Russel. Happy with his works, keep his contact in my phone book and I have contacted him again to come out check & fixing roof slate falling out following windy weather. Thank you :-)
