Pyramids were excellent in all respects both in communication at all stages of the job, dealing with unforeseen issues and keeping to the agreed quotation. Paul and his team were always on time, considerate and helpful and given the major works required access through our home they made every effort to ensure minimal disruption and tidied up. I can’t recommend them more highly and the quality if the work was excellent. At the end of the job they promptly and efficiently dealt with a few minor corrections without any delay or question

Excellent job on kitchen refurb and general renovation. Paul and the crew had to work around a crowded flat. There were also issues with suppliers and Paul was able to find and substitute new contractors quickly. An excellent job and a pleasure to work with.

Paul and hist team finished the job to a very high standard. It ended up being the living room and two bedrooms we got refurbished completely and included the sourcing and fitting of some built in wardrobes and sash windows, all of which we were very happy with.

Pyramids were great to work with. They managed the job from from beginning to end as the owners were out of the country most of the time. There were a number of issues relating to building management issues and controls outside of Pyramids’ control and they were very accommodating throughout the process. Happy with the outcome of the project.

Very professional job done and well organised

Paul and his team (special mention to Mr Giles) at Pyramids Constructions converted our kitchen and living room, which were two separate rooms, into a single open-plan space earlier this year. The project included many elements: removal of a chimney breast, steel installation, electrical rewiring, new boiler, new floor installation, new ceilings, underfloor heating and kitchen installation. The Pyramid team handled them all easily and proposed a novel and effective way of removing an unwanted pillar by including a pair of full height sliding doors. Paul consulted us on developments throughout project and was always professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and friendly. Mr Giles was a true gem - professional, hardworking and very knowledgeable (he provided and executed many helpful suggestions). Pyramids offer a turn-key solution – a managed, high-quality and stress-free build. It isn’t cheapest approach, but you get what you pay for. We are extremely pleased with the results! The quality of the work was evident and our flat now looks much more spacious. Thanks Pyramids!

My experience of Paul and Pyramids Construction is that they are a highly organised, professional construction company that are prepared to go the extra mile to please their clients. I would highly recommend him to others thinking about refurbishing or developing their homes.

We chose Paul because he could manage this general renovation project on our behalf (we lived 100 miles away), drawing together a wide range of contractors as and when needed. The project was to update our Victorian maisonette flat and included a range of structural works. We had a good working relationship with Paul throughout the renovation period, with regular weekly meetings. He provided us with many design ideas that have enhanced our enjoyment of the flat. We are pleased with the overall quality of the renovation.

We just finished an 8week renovation with Pyramids and we are beyond pleased with the results and the effort that the team at Pyramids put into it. We gutted the master bathroom and stripped out an existing bathroom for a dressing room, built several cupboards and shelves throughout the property, lay new tiles at the front, tidied up the outside of the property and painted the interior. Paul went around the house and paid close attention to a lot of smaller issues that weren't even on our radar but that needed to be attended to before they got any worse. He saved us a lot of future headache! The house had a few complex issues, some of which we didn’t know about until once the work had begun, and yet we always felt like we were in good hands as Paul has a really great team of knowledgable people working for him. There weren’t any issues that we encountered that phased the team or they couldn’t find a solution to, which made us feel like we were in very capable hands and took the stress levels down to a surprisingly low level considering all the work we were doing. They worked around the clock to meet our moving date and we were in touch day / night throughout the reno. Having never undertaken any form of home renovations we were apprehensive due to all the horror stories you hear and the potential pitfalls of hiring the wrong construction team. Thankfully we had the polar opposite of this and I’m super thankful we found Pyramids, we’ll absolutely use them again.

I had a slow leak before Christmas that needed to be sorted in a short timeline. Paul was really accommodating - visiting my property to quote within a week of my post on 'My Builder' and being available to start pretty much straight away which was greatly appreciated. When discovering the source of the leak, there was a lot more damage, and therefore work required, than initially expected. Paul was very upfront about the additional cost of this and very reasonable when it came to agreeing the price. His team dealt with the additional work straight away. What was a 4 day job became a 10 day job, because of the additional work, and his team worked tirelessly to get the works completed in a short amount of time. They had all the equipment etc needed to deal with the additional damage out to the property the next day which was great! When completing the works I found the team to be extremely conscientious, keeping my property as tidy as possible and working to our tight timeline ahead of Christmas. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pyramid Construction Ltd and am already planning to use them for the more remedial work at my property.
