An outstanding service that offers tremendous value for money. Ian arrived on time, gave a full explanation of what he would be doing, which alleviated any fears we had regarding leaks etc. He carried out 3 complete flushes of our central heating and also installed a new valve and a new circulating pump, as the existing one was almost completely blocked with sludge. He worked from 0830 untul about 1900 in the evening to ensure that any snags were fixed to completion. We now have, for the first time in several years, a fully efficient system that should save us a fortune in wasted heating costs over the next few years. I would recommend Ian as first choice for a powerflush and i would suggest that even if your system is hardly working, it would be worth waiting for his availability to ensure a first clas job. A brilliant tradesman - kept me fully posted as to what was happening prior to the job starting, he arrived on time & completed on time. Worked neatly and diligently and cleared up afterwards. Job cost exactly what was estimated at the commencement. Carpets were covered with clean tarpaulins. I can highly recommend this tradesman.

I had a problem with heat coming from 8 radiators. Before starting the work Ian went through everything thoroughly to make sure he knew what the problems where. He made sure at all times that everything was protected from any dirt. Towards the end of the work he gave me some great tips on how to maximise the effectiveness of the central heating. The difference he has made is amazing. I am extremely pleased with the work he did, the price was great, he was very professional and was a really genuine friendly person. I would definitely recommend Powerflush Solutions North West (Ian) to anyone having problems with their heating. Ian came out to flush 8 Radiators for me. He gave me a price before he started the job and this is the price I paid. He was early on the morning of the job, he explained to me what the job entailed and how long he estimated it would take. Throughout the day, I asked him several questions relating to the job which he answered knowledgably for me. He gave me expert advice and tips on what to do to look after the central heating system after he left. I am extremely pleased with the work he did, the price was fantastic, he was very professional and polite and a very nice guy. Ian was absolutely brilliant. He worked really hard with long hours over 2 days to resolve a problem that power flushing did not cure - a solid blockage in a joint where pipe diameter changed from 15mm to 10mm! The price Ian originally quoted was very reasonable and the additional cost (for the 2nd day and materials) was a pleasant surprise! We now have our problem heating system finally working properly again. We could not recommend Ian highly enough. Many Thanks Ian.

A real craftsman. You cannot go wrong in hiring Ian. His friendly and careful approach to his work is an example to others. He was not happy until the job was completed to perfection and at a very good price. His wealth of experience means the work was done to top standards. The job was more complicated than at first thought but Ian located and rectified problems that had eluded others. Great!
