Very surprised to read this have not had any communication from this customer. There are various ways of contacting a tradesman hired via mybuilder including messaging on my builder, text messages or telephone calls. I have no communication or missed calls in relation to this post. Several ground floor walls were damp proofed in this property so I imagine an adjoining wall which has hasn't been previously damp proofed has now breached the wall in question. All walls in question were damp proofed using a membrane system so the only outcome is the membrane has been breached at some point. If I had been contacted regarding this I would initially have asked for photographs of the area before arranging a follow up appointment to view and rectify.
