    Damps walls need fixing

Nigel, Phil & Dale were an amazing team. The damp proofing was completed within the scheduled time, professionally, to a high standard and with smiles on faces! I’d highly recommend. The plastering finish is superb and the house was left swept and mopped.

Damp coming through walls on front and back of house

I would highly recommend Nigel and his team. He was quick to come out and assess the work that needed doing and got back to me with the quote and availability. They were at my house for 2 days (when I was at work) and always left it tidy. The work was done to a high standard and I would definitely recommend him as a trustworthy contractor. Thank you Nigel & team.

    Damp problem?

Really good experience from beginning to end. Received a no obligation quote. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain. Visit was followed up with a written quotation and details of the work required. Once hired they were punctual and completed the job ahead of time. All were polite and approachable. The house was left amazingly clean afterwards. I would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the damp has started to reappear and numerous attempts to request a visit to investigate have been ignored. Very disappointed in after care. FURTHER UPDATE 15/8/3024: Still waiting for a visit. Was hoping to have had the house sorted by now since job originally done in October 2023. Very disappointed and stressed out.

    Answer from tradesperson:

When Heather first called me I was on holiday, on my return I contacted her but got no reply, I've since been on holiday again and I'm back on the 26th so will try and contact Heather again to sort the bit of damp that has not been sorted. At the end of the day we have amazing reviews so this matter will be sorted ASAP,
