Damp course
Damp course done to front and back. Nigel came out quickly to give me a quote and booked it in. The lads were great and cleaned up after themselves. Can't fault them!

I initially left a good review but after inspecting noticed that the plastering was not good. People have called it ‘lousy’ when they have visited. Hand print was even left (as shown in photo) and was advised by them that I would have to sandpaper the upstairs plaster work. Polite and sound workers and worked quick (half a day). Only just got the job done so can’t comment on the longevity of the damp course yet but worrying now as if the plastering was done lazy then could the damp course have been too? Disappointed as they seemed very niceAnswer from tradesperson:
I used a Plasterer who I've not used before and didn't know it was left like this, it's the side bit behind the front door, the rest is fine, I've contacted the customer to see when I can go over and put it right and I'm waiting to hear back, we did put new skirting boards on and did a patching job upstairs at no extra cost on this job and the customer was very happy when it was all completed, but this issues will be sorted adap.. .

This job was finished 2 years ago, The work we carried out was guaranteed by us and has been fine, this is not damp or anything we have done , it is condensation because the tenants don't open windows and dry washing on the radiators, i called over again to take another look but the tenants wouldn't answer the door, my work is carried out to a high standard as you will see in my 300+ 5 star reviews.
