We had a persistent damp smell in our living room and were concerned it might be a serious issue. However, Nigel came out the same day, assessed the situation thoroughly, and reassured us that it was a minor issue we could handle ourselves. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary work and didn't charge us a penny for his time and advice. It's rare to find such honesty and integrity in this industry, so we will definitely be hiring him again if we need him ! Highly recommended!

I would have no hesitation recommending NTB. Nigel and his team arrived promptly and worked very quickly to get the job done. They were respectful of me as a customer and my property and kept the job as clean and tidy as possible. A great job at a reasonable price with a guarantee provided.
