Nigel did the damp repair work in the house and provided many years of gurantee on the work . But damp appeared again when contacted Nigel he does not response, ignores to calls, messages etc Are you seriously saying it's a Mistake Nigel. When I have the invoice and receipt payment and proof of gurantee

Great Professional, Reasonable Costs when compared to others. Clearly explained the work that was to be done. Took efforts to keep the property clean of dust due drilling etc. Even did some extra work for me without additional costs. Overall, really satisfied with the work that was performed.

** 13 Oct update in response to Nigel. If you undercut the job that’s your problem. You told me it was rising damp it’s not my fault you attempted to fix the wrong problem. I suggested to you it was too high up the wall for rising damp but you reassured me you knew what you were doing and could fix it. * 11 Oct This is an update to the review left in August, immediately after the job was completed. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this but after several attempts to contact Nigel I’ve no other option. The damp returned within two weeks and it took me several attempts to contact him. Eventually he did return to attempt more remedial work and promised to return on 06 October after the wall had dried out. It is now 11 October, the wall is still wet with new mould growth and again I have been unable to contact Nigel. The cost of the job was very competitive, but that doesn’t mean it should be shoddy. Word of warning to others - don’t be too hasty writing reviews

We had a persistent damp smell in our living room and were concerned it might be a serious issue. However, Nigel came out the same day, assessed the situation thoroughly, and reassured us that it was a minor issue we could handle ourselves. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary work and didn't charge us a penny for his time and advice. It's rare to find such honesty and integrity in this industry, so we will definitely be hiring him again if we need him ! Highly recommended!
