Damp under bay window in lounge
A lovely guy who was prompt and able to fit the job in a few days after the quote. Completed all the work discussed and tidied up afterwards. Happy with the results.

Damp patches on two interior walls
Nigel was really knowledgeable, he was friendly and approachable. He was clear around what work was needed, he gave a concise quote. He arrived on the day he stated to complete the work. He was clean and tidy and gave a fantastic guarantee too. I will be recommending him to others

Single story utility wall in need of quick damp proofing
Absolutely amazing. As it happened Nigel was able to pop around within an hour or so of the post going up and him and the guy working with him could come the same week to do the job. A gap opened up in their schedule and they could come the next day. Did everything they said they would and more. I had asked them if they could skim the boarding after all and they could, did, and saved me a load of money getting a plasterer in too. Couldn’t be happier! We plan to have them back for another problem area next year if needed.

Damp patch on kitchen wall
Nigel was happy to come out on a Saturday to give me a quote. The work was then carried out on the Wednesday. the house was left extremely clean and tidy. A very professional job.

Occasional Rising Damp
STAY AWAY!! Look at the reviews first! Damp comes back! This guy does NOT respond and attend and fix it properly!! Because he doesn’t know how to do it. Exactly the same situation as Matthew from Liverpool who wrote a comment! HIGH PRICE POOR SERVICE USELESS 30 YEAR!!!!! WARRANTY! Had to redo the job and paid twice for the same job finally. Initially you’d think he’s done it okay and that is when most people write reviews. Hire him if you want to waste your time and money and redo the job by a proper person later on.

The damp work we carried out is perfect, the customer messaged me 2 weeks later and said the was some more damp which I hadn't priced for, I offered to do it for a small amount but he refused, id like to see pictures of the work we carried out because I know the damp work we did will have worked. I've got over 330 5star reviews with a couple of bad ones, I take pride in my work and don't take a penny until the customer is 100% satisfied which is what happened here.

2 bay windows
Contacted NTB for quote on damp proof course, Nigel came out the same day and gave a very competitive price. All work completed 2 weeks later Nigel and Dale were very efficient and tidy as they completed the work to an excellent standard, we are very pleased with the end results and will be using them again for any future work.

Damp under bedroom window
We are very happy with the job. The guys turned up on time. They were both polite and friendly. The room was left clean and all rubbish removed. Would definitely use them again
