We did carry out the work on a small wall next to the kitchen, the job was completed to a high standard, several months later I received a call from the customer saying the wall was wet again, one of my lads went to visit and the customer said they had had a leak in the bathroom directly above, so the second time the wall was wet was not to do with the work we had carried out but was the result of the leak above, the customer demanded that we go back and put it right, I refused as it wasn't my responsibility......

Very positive experience. Nigel came promptly to look at the issues and then got us booked in to have it sorted within a couple of weeks. The guys that came were both very friendly, did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.
