NTB CONSTRUCTION reviews (355)

I would have no hesitation in asking Nigel at NTB to undertake work for me, he and his team did an amazing job. I posted a request for a company to undertake damp repairs. Nigel responded to my request within a couple of hours. We arranged to meet to discuss the job more fully and agreed on a time the following day. Nigel arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns. He then assessed the issues and provided me with an action plan, a date for the work to commence together with a price for the job. I had received estimates which were close to NTB's price but I felt that Nigel's approach to the job gave me confidence and was the reason why he won the job. The team arrived at the time and date agreed and Nigel told me exactly what tasks would be completed on which day. The whole team worked diligently and respectfully. I could not have asked for more. The work has been completed to my satisfaction and each of the working areas was cleaned prior to the team leaving my home.

Work was done it a timely manor with minimum stress to tennant even though it was a messy job

Nigel and his team were great. Fast and effective addressing damp issue areas. Would recommend

The response to our inquiry was prompt, the pricing was reasonable, the work was completed on schedule, and the site was left clean. I highly recommend NTB.

Can’t recommend Nigel enough! Came to quote for the work and started within a matter of days. He was incredibly friendly and efficient and made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Thanks again!
