Igor and his colleague did a wonderful job of removing the fireplace, plastering, laminate flooring and skirting boards, painting rooms, fixing electrical sockets and lights, drilling in grab bars for the bathroom, replacing bath panels and sealant, . Whilst I found them to be more expensive than some others, their quailty and professionalism was very good.What impressed me most was their skills, knowledge and attention to detail. They are both extremely friendly, delivering a high standard of work. They worked hard through Sat and Sun from 9am until late evening to get the job done in one weekend. For all additonal work, they quoted fees upfront so there were no surprises. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you for all your help!

Dealing with Igor was a pleasure. They did a thorough job on our bathroom refurbishment and we're so happy with the result! We even got them to do our downstairs loo and fix squeaky stairs, after the initial job. Igor and Vova who worked on our property were extremely friendly, polite, clean (very!) and a pleasure to have around. They worked super hard and Igor takes pride in his customer service and nothing is too much or met with negativity. Everything was completed on time and any snags were completed without question and to perfection. Pricing was very clear and formal. Would highly recommend.

Finding good builders is like winning the lottery. I had been sceptical about starting a project, becuase I hadn't had much luck in the past and also, to trust someone with your home is a big deal. Well, needless to say, I have won the lottery with Igor and his team. Not only did I get a perfect ensuite, which is what I had asked him to do, I then thought, why not and got him to do the other bathroom as well. They were both completed in fantastic time, to a very high standard and I am so please with the results. So much so, I am telling everyone about them! Igor will forever be the person I call when I need something done now, hands down. He is trust worthy, personable and very professional. His pricing is also exceptionally competitive given the high standard of work. #winner

Igor and his team did a fantastic job renovating a bathroom. They replaced damaged and leaking pipes, tiled, painted and fitted a bathroom in just over a week. They were punctual, polite and efficient and stuck to the budget. I am delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

Great service, very quick, neat and tidy and I would definitely hire again. We had a bathroom fit out and Igor even did some extra bits for us free of charge. Very happy with the work and service!

Nilo Construction did a kitchen refit, flooring, top to toe painting, lighting and a bathroom touch up, all throughout Igor was a great manager, easy to do business with, flexible, offered to pick up bits and pieces and all at a great price compared to other companies who bid. The work was carried out to a high standard and they left my place clean and tidy, I would not hesitate in recommending them.
