After many years of dealing with builders on projects of all shapes and sizes, I can honestly say that Igor and his fantastic team provided the best service and workmanship we've ever experienced. It was a real pleasure to see them take such a genuine pride in their work and we can't praise them highly enough. Ogromnoye Spasibo, guys! We have used Nilo Constructions Ltd a few times now for big and small works in our offices in the centre of London. First job was re-carpeting and painting the whole office and they did it between Christmas and New Year so we could have a clean and tidy office at the beginning of the year and keep the disruption to the minimum. Igor and his team have been nothing short of the right choice of contractors because of their professionalism, transparency, punctuality, cooperation and kindness. They worked with us as if they were a member of staff, showing commitment, understanding our challenges and working with our budget. We have learned to trust them since day one and they now have our offices' keys and help us with all our maintenance, even out of office hours if needed. NILO Construction ended up renovating the entire flat - kitchen, bathroom, additional WC, communal areas and bed and living rooms. They were professional throughout and offered ideas and solutions. I found their work thorough and to a high standard. They managed to overcome many problems that arose as a result of structure and miscalculation in the kitchen design. I hope to use them again in the near future for other jobs. The team were all hardworking and polite.

Igor and his team did a fantastic job replacing our dining room ceiling and installing a new shower. He provided a thorough and knowledgeable assessment and talked us through our options. When work commenced they always showed up on time, were courteous and respectful of our home, were flexible and completed the works on time to an excellent standard. We paid slightly more than we were hoping, but i'm confident it was money welI spent. I would definitely recommend Nilo construction if you want a job done professionally.

Igor and his team were very excellent throughout. They were doing a great job on the 2 bathrooms I was renovating, so also used the team for various other work throughout the flat; including new spotlights in 2 rooms, replacing radiators and radiator covers, and painting the full flat. Very professional, easy to deal with, and very happy with result at a fair price.

I hired Igor to paint all the walls, ceilings & woodwork of my flat. From the outset his communication was great. He understood my needs and made it really easy to do business with him. Since I couldn't be there he made sure to keep me informed, sending lots of pictures during and after the work. He was always extremely polite and clear. He also let me know about some extra things that needed doing that I didn't know about since I hadn't been there in a while and he was able to some extra work that I requested part way into the job. He went the extra mile in terms of finding the specific fittings that were required for my flat, going to lots of shops and looking online. All to a pretty tight timescale. I am really pleased with how it all went and I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Good work! Igor and his workmen were friendly, courteous, efficient and responsive. We had a number of small jobs that needed doing at our church and office, and the work they completed was of a high standard. They have a range of skills which suited us well. We've got them doing more jobs than we originally listed. Definitely recommended!
