Klemend did a great job in retiling my bathroom! Great quality and very easy to communicate with.

Did a great job on tiling my wet room bathroom . Very knowledgeable, and flexible . I needed my bathroom finished urgently as was let down by a previous builder. Westcott were able to fit me in . Quoted promptly and finished job on time as per quote. Highly recommend Klemend and his team from Westcott Elite.

Klemend and his team were professional, and did an excellent job of tiling 120sqm of natural stone flooring, including limestone tiles and slate in the bathrooms. They were punctual, finished on schedule and a mutually agreeable price was finalised at the end. The finishing is of a very high standard and i would recommend his team particularly for this point. We come from a knowledgeable background in the building industry and felt Klemends work was of a very high standard.

I had a complete bathroom refit in an old house which I have just moved into. The old bathroom was gutted and everything was replaced from the flooring upwards. Klemend and his team built a new bathroom to the highest of standards, the bathroom was tanked, underfloor heating installed, new lighting put in and was completely tiled and finished. Quite a few unforseen problems arose (and old house has old plumbing) which Klemend and his team always managed to solve in an elegant way. The project was technically demanding too as I had a Megaflow system installed at the same time. I am delighted with the results and cannot recommend Klemend highly enough for his professionalism, honesty and standards of workmanship.

Choosing a tradesmen to complete a job still makes me anxious and nervous however Klemend was the perfect choice for my project and put my mind at ease from the beginning. He immediately got in touch with a quote and arranged a date to come and do the job. Klem was punctual, extremely friendly and stuck to the initial quote even though the job took longer than originally thought. The tiling itself is flawless and could not be done by just anyone, Klem is a true perfectionist. I will definitely be using Klem in the future. There’s a reason he has such a large amount of positive feedback.

Once a mutually agreeable price had been established, Klemend and his team carried out the work to my bath/Shower Room Alterations in a speedy and thoroughly professional manner. The final fit and finish was exemplary, any problems arising during the course of the works were addressed with the minimum of fuss and more importantly without occurring unwanted and unnecessary extra costs. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his team for your consideration.

Excellent job, very professional

Unfortunately, we didn't proceed with the Job due to some personal reason. But Klemend was excellent throughout the communication process, always prompt and understood the job perfectly well and definitely knows his stuff. We will surely work with him when we start the project again.

Klemend has done an excellent job with modernising our bathroom. He completed the bathroom in the time scale he said he would. He is great to work with and has a nice character.He is very reliable and conscientious. I would recommend him to anyone.
