Would highly recommend. Work on damp proofing and plastering was carried out to a high standard. Received regular progress. Very happy with work carried out.

BEWARE DO HIRE THEM. Mark and his apprentice are the most unprofessional pair of workmen I have ever met. The internal damp was back after a week. Before hiring them they assured me a plumber and an electrician would be used but they did this specialist work themselves. They botched taking off and replacing the radiators so I was left with leaks and a broken thermostat. If they had used a plumber they would have easily found a leak in a pipe. The skirting boards fell off and on the outside I was left with broken bricks and bricks I could remove as they had failed to replace the mortar. They do everything at speed and then have to keep coming back to make a better job of it. They replaced a radiator before putting back a long piece of skirting so they had to take the kitchen door off. At times I was lost for words they were so inept. They break things but say nothing. And yes I paid them before discovering that the damp had not been cured. They came back to find the leak and promised to return with a plumber and finish the job. Mark's last words were "I'll ring you tomorrow to sort out a date to come back" That was two and a half weeks ago. I would not have them back in the house so unless you are prepared to hire and pay other workmen to rectify their shoddy work DO NOT HIRE THEM

Mark has recently completed some damp proofing for me and I am very impressed with the standard and professionality of the work. Mark was punctual, explained what was needed well and completed the job in the stated timescale. I would have no hesitation in recommending mid-uk Property Solutions.

Mark was extremely helpful and came in at a very reasonable price (which he stuck to). Work was done to a high standard and came with the guarantee I was after. Only slight niggle was he was busy for a month and a half so the work could not start straight away. He was however completely open about this from the start and we worked round it. Overall, extremely happy with this.

Hired to do some damp proofing work in our kitchen/dining room. Turned up bang on time the day the job was due to start and all finished to a good standard within 2 working days exactly as promised. Left the place clean and tidy (even mopped the floor afterwards) and so far it's all looking good. Got no problems recommending mid-uk to other people.
