I went on my builder on Tuesday evening leaving my job, Wednesday I looked and chose MD roofing as his profile stated over 20 years experience. He confirmed he would be here on Thursday between 10-12. He arrived before time, gave a good price for the job, also we had other problems that we couldn't see. He stayed and done the work, we was pleased as we had tried for over a year to get our roof fixed, people didn't turn up to do the job. Mr Ward and the young lad were very pleasant, and I would recommend this company to do your roof repairs.

Got in touch immediately and was round the next day to fix the roof. 5 year guarantee and promise to come back if the leak hasn't been fixed.

If this was a star rating review Douglas would get full marks. Douglas arranged with me to come and provide a free estimate while I was at work and demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile to complete this when the gate I left open for him was closed by a neighbor. Once he had assessed what was needed he phoned me and pointed out that more work needed doing than I thought as his expert eye noticed dodgy flashing and several loose or missing slates that I would not have noticed from the ground , I was initially suspicious as I thought I would only have Douglas's word that the work needed doing as I could not get up there myself but Douglas put my fears to rest by saying that they provide before and after photos as part of their service along with a generous certificate backed warranty. Upon agreeing for the work to be done it was finished the same day and photos provided that clearly showed what work was needed and that it had been done along with enough background to prove it was in fact the roof of my house. I would not hesitate to use Douglas again should my roof require more attention.
