    Replace ceiling pends; install o/d light; safety check
    Kev was very helpful, polite and genuine throughout the whole process from initial contact to completing the work. The work was carried out as described and he arrived on time as agreed on the day the work was carried out and performed all work at the agreed price. We would use again for electrical requirements in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

    Bathroom light not working

    Great response and job. Kevin responded to my job quickly and turned up to do the work even more quickly! After a difficult struggle for him in the loft he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great job, thanks

    Electrical safety certificate for Landlord
    Kevin provided a professional, efficient and polite service. Kevin arrived on time. Together with his colleague, Kevin approached the job with enthusiasm and energy and quickly identified and advised on any issues eg updating the bathroom light in order to comply with current safety standards, which was installed at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin to anyone using the My Builder website.

    Consumer unit check and certificate for house sale
    Did a job. Took the money no receipt or inspection cert. Tried to sell a rewire which wasn't needed. Would not recommend. Reporting to trade body.

    Hi Debbie, I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service provided. However, I can confirm that your invoice and certificate were sent on the 13th Sept 2019 at 21.52pm to the email address supplied by your partner. Had you explained you had not received them, I would have happily resent them. Regarding your property, the advice I gave you was based on my professional judgment and any qualified, competent and experienced electrician would have advised the same. Your property was deemed unsatisfactory due to a number of c2 issues which resulted in me advising the necessary work. I feel that this negative feedback was unfair and could have been avoided through simple communication. I have resent both the certificate and the invoice to the email address provided. Regards, Kev
