Qouted me for an EICR test online and came within a few days to do it.
In addition to this, I also got a few qoutes for other little bits that I was interested in (Fitting a new bathroom fan, removing some light fittings etc). They were thorough in flagging up any potential difficulties before giving me a price, to prevent any surprises or dissapointments further down the line.
During the test, a few items were flagged up and I ultimately got them back to do the needed fixes. This involved fixing a 'continuity error', which ultimately turned out to be fine and need no work. They did not charge me for this, despite spending their time fixing it. Removing the light fixtures was not possible due to things we had previously discussed, and again I was not charged despite them using their time to look into it when they returned, and them physically removing the existing fittings.
Overall happy with the work and price, and very happy with the approach taken.
