    - Safety check or certificate - Multiple appliances or full property **Customer description** I need a landlord certificate renewal for a rental property. There is no testing of appliances required. I also need a room thermostat and programmer wired in. They are almost new, and in place next to the boiler. They just need to be wired up after the boiler was replaced.

    Good communication, a good job completed and the certificate sent in very good time. Thanks for the efforts, will use again.

    Install ceiling light fittings
    Kevin was very friendly and highly professional . I was very satisfied with the installation work he did at my property. Price quoted for the job was very fair and he gave professional advice and threw in a few ideas for some future electrical work he will be doing for me. I cant recommend him enough. Thank you so much Kev!

    New-electric cooker wiring and sockets need tidy up
