I had a serious leak coming from a really awkward part of my roof—the valley, to be precise. I contacted Leighton and John via MyBuilder and received a reply within an hour of my post. The next day they came out to assess the problem, quoted me on the spot, and returned the next day with a team of 4 guys to fix the leak. They even managed to circumvent the challenge of an awkwardly placed outrigger that was obstructing access. But that didn't stop them. Using a combination of a cherry picker and some ladders, they were undefeated. It took them a day and a half to fix it. I now have a brand new valley that meets the 2023 building regs and will undoubtedly outlast the main roof! The team is really easy to get on with too and doesn't take advantage of unsuspecting punters like me. Speed: 10/10 Quality: 10/10 Knowledge: 10/10 Trustworthiness: 10/10 You can use these guys with 100 percent confidence that they will turn up, do the job until it's complete, won't rip you off, and they'll deliver a quality job. Will use again!!!

The guys came out to assess the work within a few hours of the job being posted. They came back a couple of days later and got the job done. Very pleased with the work.

Very professional company. Responded quick to job posting and came round to take a look and give a quote and said works come with a 2 year guarantee. Called later to confirm availability within a couple days. They arrived when expected and clearly explained and showed me pictures of the issue and would answer any questions. Highly recommend them, not sure how price-competitive they are but I am happy with what I paid and the repairs made.

Leighton contacted me within a few minutes of the job being posted. He came to view the job later on in the same day. Although he wasn’t the cheapest quote, I felt his company was the most professional. Having accepted his quote, he then contacted me a few days later and sent a couple of his employees the next day to carry out the work. They completed very quickly taking all the debris and cleaning up the outside of the house to my satisfaction before they left. Leighton then visited to check that I was satisfied with all the aspects of the work and I am pleased to say that I was.

All good so far! Two gentlemen came within a couple of hours of job being posted. Very professional. Need a large job done. Quotes given and initial emergency repairs booked for tomorrow morning. Will be having a new roof. STOP PRESS: Leighton has just phoned and emergency repair to be done in half an hour!

When requested a quote came out very quickly. Simply explained work required and what further work could be needed. Quote provided quickly. Team arrived quickly to start work. Team were polite, considerate of surroundings and of the fact I was working from home. Tidied up each day without being asked. Talked through additional scope before doing any new work and agreed price. Had some rain delays but constant comms kept me updated. To best of my knowledge ( I'm not a roofer ) look to have done an excellent job. Have certainly already stopped the leaks we were seeing and hence asking for the work. In terms of price quoted ( got 3 other quotes ) weren't the cheapest or most expensive- all quotes were roughly in same ball bark. But value for money and speed of doing work, were definitely worth price quoted. Overall in terms of the job done I would highly recommend Leighton and team. Very customer focused, good value, great quality and communication. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

It’s possible that I could have got a cheaper quote? However, their response was fast and there was the bonus that the work would be done within a week. So, I didn’t enquire further. The roofers arrived on time and, from a distance, appear to have done a good job. They were friendly and considerate. When finished, they tidied up and took the waste materials away. After paying, I received my invoice with a two year guarantee.
