    Repair existing plastic guttering

    When I posted this job Terry was the only contractor that came over and investigated the problems thoroughly and determined the correct solution. He repaired the guttering at the front of our home, unblocked a downpipe and reconnected existing guttering that had drifted apart. At the rear he had to replace a whole section of old badly installed guttering. Terry did a great job and cleaned up all the mess once the work was finished. I am very happy customer.

    Help with chimney repair

    Prompt and pleasant gentleman He kept us well informed while he was repairing our chimney and replacing broken tiles. Would recommend this company especially as all work guaranteed for 10 years.

    Utility room is leaking

    The work was done properly but the customer service could have been better.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    The customer service is the same with every customer it’s payment on completion which you didn’t want to do sir but your comment about the work was done properly we welcome but when you have work done sir you have to pay you cannot go in Tesco and pick up goods and pay later it’s like that in roofing when we do the job properly we expect to be paid on completion which you didn’t want to do but we wish you all the best in the future
