    Water coming into house from faulty roof tile/ flashing

    Terry was very prompt coming out to quote. He fitted a new section of lead over the existing lead to cure the problem. The dampness inside has almost completely dried out now so ready for redecoration after Christmas.

    Gutter not linked to any drainage

    Successfully removed gutter and fixed end of another one quickly, in around 10 minutes - a bit steep at £180.00 for 10 minutes work (I thought more was involved), but my fault for not looking around for more quotes. Still unfortunately had the issue of flooding after the guttering was removed.

    Leaking roof

    Good communication and a quick response to fix our leaking roof. No further issues since work completed. I recommend Lethbridge Roofing and will contact Terry again for future roofing work.

    Roof is leaking between kitchen and utility room

    Leak seems to have stopped as a result of your applying new roofing felt to the flat roof area. The rain now flows outside in front of the back door which, although not ideal, is kept outside. We will let you know what happens if we get a storm!

    Dear Alan We are pleased to hear that we have stopped the terrible leak which you had previously, the reason the water is running off the roof now and onto the flour is because you now have a sealed waterproof drip edge, previously the water was running behind the felt and rotting all the timber on the fascia,it is advisable now to have guttering fitted to drain the water away, please call our office if you require an estimate to fit new guttering Kindest regards Terence

    Roof repair

    Terry arrived on time for the job His price is competitive he offered me warranty for my roofing leakage. This gives me peace of my mind. I have not have rains since the job was done. It’s only time or day rain will tell. I will recommend him in future, he is very professional he explained what the job entails

    Roof repair

    Terry and his roofer were on time, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. As far as I can tell, the problem is fixed. Work looks solid.

    Leak coming in to bathroom from roof.

    Terry is very trustworthy, honest, and reliable. He completed the repair to my roof, to a high standard. When he tells you what’s wrong, he doesn’t exaggerate, unlike some roofers! He charged me a fair price too. Terry completed the repair to my leaking roof very efficiently and even repaired a small hole in the external wall, which he didn’t charge for. I wholeheartedly recommend Terry and his company. He’s a roofer with integrity. I plan to use his company again later this summer.

    Leaking chimney

    terry and his crew were a great choice to hire. diligent, hardworking and maintained a constant stream of dialog for the full duration of the job. the finished product was done to a very high standard and we were very happy. highly recommended.

    Realignment of guttering at the back of the property

    After posting my job I obtained 3 separate quotes and selected Terry/Lethbridge Roofing to complete the work on the flat roof at the back of my property. He provided full details of what the job entailed and what materials were required and was in regular contact with me when the weather delayed the start of the work. Terry and his young apprentice were very professional and friendly and completed the work within 3 days leaving the site spotless as promised. The slates that he used were in keeping with the age of the property and the new flat roof and slates looks perfect! I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his firm Lethbridge Roofing and would definitely employ him again.
