Terry was extremely helpful.He did try and sort out the problem over the phone by giving me instructions on how to reconnect the wireless thermostat.Unfortunately it was faulty so Terry collected a new thermostat which he fitted within an hour. Terry was helpful from the moment I first spoke to him. He talked me through resolving the immediate problem on the phone so I could get hot water. He didn't charge for this. And when he came round for the boiler servicing the following day, he explained everything he did to us in layman's terms and gave me confidence in him. He was also good value for money, professional, yet friendly and unitimidating. I will definitely recommend him, and I have found a Heating Engineer for life for all my future heating problems.

During our intial telephone conversation,Terry was very clear about the 2-tier level of servicing that might have been required for my boiler and the costs of each step; in fact, only the first level was required and this is what he charged for. The pricing was very fair. He also clearly explained what he was going to do and why. Terry arrived promptly for the appointment and then calmly and professionally explained and resolved a potentially worrying issue with my boiler. Very happy with the level of service given and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lambert Plumbing and Heating.

Terry fitted a new whole house heating system including radiators to the existing house and wet underfloor heating to the ground floor and new extension. New boiler, HW tank and mains water booster in a store room under the extension with all old system components removed. All the works were carried out as per the agreed price and additional works and items, that became apparent through the job, were advised and agreed with options given to minimise costs. I can highly recommend Terry, the job was difficult and in some places a bit unique. All aspects of his work were carried out to a high standard and are all working well, we are very pleased.

I would recommend Terry to anyone requiring his skills. He is polite, punctual and very efficient too.

Terry was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been advised by Homeserve that my boiler could not be repaired as the parts were not available from their suppliers. Terry obtained the part and repaired the boiler, and returned free of charge to repair a leak to the part he had fitted. I would strongly recommend Terry for any plumbing jobs you have.
