After seeing a building company on TV rougue trader just two days after I commissioned work, I was very cautious in choosing a tradesman. I had seen eight tradesmen, which included two recommendations from a friend and colleague. In the end I chose Terry to take on the job; and he has proven that he is very trustworthy. His work was immaculate and he was very communicative all the way through. He says that he enjoys his work, and I believe that those who are passionate in their work, tends to deliver successful results. Hire him and you will feel proud of your judgement.

Terry was absolutely great! I've had about 4 different boiler installers out to advise on my boiler issue as it needed to be moved due to new regulations, furthermore my boiler was faulty installed and was a real mess to be honest. Terry was the first guy out of the others who finally had some constructive feedback and really new in-depth what he was talking about. After the consultation, I didn't hire Terry for 5 weeks as I had other work which needed to be arranged so everything was aligned with the new boiler getting moved and fitted. I emailed Terry with the dates, and he was bang on time (even a little early) both days. I'm not a DIY guy, but even I, could see the difference in quality between the installation of my new boiler compared to the old one. It was night and day. Terry was quick, did a truly great job, cleaned up after himself, witty and wouldn't think twice about giving him my keys to do work in my apartment while away. I'm extremely pleased with the work Terry carried out and can only recommend him!

Terry replaced an old boiler, removing the old cylinder and cleaned up a lot of old piping, he also completely set up the system and replaced/fixed all the radiator valves. He did a fantastic job at a competitive rate. His expertise in this area was excellent. He got the job done on time and to a high standard. I'd have no problem recommending him, you'll not have any trouble.

Terry is excellent. He turns up on time, is very easy to discuss possible solutions with, comes up with lots of solutions and works very hard. I have no hesitation in recommending his work and will certainly use him again.

Excellent and very knowledgeable service. There was extra work beyond first contemplated and Terry worked hard to make sure it was all done in one day, very happy!

Then work was to install a new combi boiler and remove the existing indirect feed system.I was a bit concerned about having this work done, because at the moment I am working away from home for long periods and wasn't available to oversee the work. However, Terry got the job done with a minimum of fuss and to a very high standard. He is trustworthy and reliable. I have some knowledge of plumbing and Terry didn't try and pull one over on me, he gave an honest and competitive quote and explained the process thoroughly and options available. He also deducted £45 for work that didn't need to be done which is testimony to his honesty. I would certainly use him again if needed, and would recommend him highly to others.

Received three quotations from different companies for a replacement boiler but decided to hire Lambert Plumbing, heating & gas. He gave a good impression at 1st point of contact having brought the boiler brochures with him, gave a clear explanation on how the brand or make of boiler differs, etc. He gave a reasonable quote, set a date for the job and completed in a day. Terry has just finished installing a new Vaillant Ecotec boiler in our flat and we are very pleased with the job he has done. Terry is knowledgeable and patient and took the time to explain the differences in the boilers we were looking at, to ensure we got the right one for us. He managed to replace an under-sized section of gas pipe by contortionism (still not sure how he managed to get into the space he did!) rather than ruining our stained floorboards. He even looked at a radiator in our bathroom at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for someone to fit a new or service an existing boiler. We will definitely be using him again.

Terry replaced my boiler. I was very happy with the work he did, as well as the reasonable price. What particularly impressed me, was that he really took the time to carefully consider and discuss with me the best way to do the installation. (In this respect he compared very favourably to other heating engineers who came to look at the job). I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

All in all we were very impressed with the way Terry carried out the job to fix a part on our boiler. He was polite, punctual and explained exactly what the problem was. He phoned round a few places to source the part we needed but in the end advised to get the part off eBay as it worked out a lot cheaper.
