I invited Terry to do this job because of the excellent feedbacks from his previous jobs and I would like to say that he is up to them. He replied to my inivtation very quickly. He turned up on time and finished the job very effeiciently. He also explained everything very clealry to me. I am very happy about what he has done and I would definitely use him in the future.

Good level of service provided. Terry turned up on site and quoted promptly, and returned to complete the installation as agreed. Will use again.

Terry Lambert is the best and most professional heating engineer I have had the pleasure to meet. He measured the entire house when he came to quote, to work out the exact boiler capacity we needed rather than pure guess work. He gave me far more information about the requirements that were needed to do the boiler replacement properly. His written estimate was detailed and very clear. In fact he did more than the estimate stated and did not charge me extra. Out of 4 shortlisted tradesman he "stood miles higher". I would not hesitate to recommend Terry to anyone. He is 5 star in my book.

Terry has been great. He serviced my boiler and explained every single issue he was fixing. He was very clear on rates and even support me on the phone as required. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Terry is a meticulous and hard worker, and installed our whole central heating system in less than 4 days! When Terry gave us the quote he gave us advice on how the heating would look best cosmetically (e.g. placing piping under floor as much as possible) and he has a great technical knowledge. He was punctual every day and explained everything he was doing throughout the installation. At the end of every day everything was back in its place. We felt reassured every step of the way and he also assured us that he would be at the end of the phone should we need help in the future. Terry was a pleasure to have around and did such a wonderful job that we're hiring him again to install a new bathroom!

We were very happy with the work Terry did for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and put a lot of thought into how to set up different heating zones as our house is split over 4 levels and also what size radiators were required to heat each room (some of the quotes we had just measured the wall to see what would fit!). All of the work was completed on time and even though the quote was slightly higher than others we got, we were very happy that we chose Terry.

Terry fitted a new Boiler and re-piped a poorly installed existing system. His estimate was extremly competetive and even though there were unforseen issues that made the job longer, it didnt affect the price of the eventual job! He was punctual, worked efficiantly under difficult conditions in a busy family home and was extremly knowledgable. He even came in on a Sunday to bring the work back on target. He's an honest, hardworking, family man and I would highgly recomend this very skilled tradsman.

I hired Terry a while ago but only recently got round to leaving a review. Terry was the first person to respond to my job request with a phone call and was actually able to come round to my flat on the same day that I posted the job. I felt comfortable with Terry as he made be feel like he knew what he was talking about and was not just giving me a sales pitch. I was happy to hire him and have him come to the property and do the installation whilst I was at work. He even tried to be flexible to squeeze me in earlier as the boiler had broken down right in the middle of winter. Would recommend him to anyone.

Terry fitted me with a new boiler and a new radiator. Terry was extremely thorough, efficient and polite during the job and quoted a very reasonable price. He explained everything very clearly and gave many relevant boiler/radiator options varying from economy through to high spec. During the job, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and also clean and tidy. I will definitely hire Terry again and would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing/heating work.
