Promote response to request for quote, came to view the job the same day and quote. Work completed the following week very satisfactorily, nice neat job and no sign of leak reoccurring so far. A pleasure doing business with Ken.

Ken contacted very promptly and arrived when he said he would. He assessed the job and pointed out that a new trapdoor may be needed and phoned shortly after to arrange the date the work would be done. As promised the two man team arrived promptly and got on with the task whilst keeping us informed of any small modifications needed. They worked non stop until the job was done. They were both courteous and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending Ken and his team to anyone, indeed I intend to contact Ken again to ask about another job.

Ken is, in my experience, a very rare breed. He is always responsive, very open and up front, the work he and guys did was exceptional and he always stuck to the cost estimates he provided. Despite a few twists and turns with the work along the way (almost inevitable due to the age of the property) nothing was ever an issue, and Ken simply took care of it. Very important when trying to coordinate the work from a distance. I cannot recommend Ken strongly enough, and we will certainly use him again for any further work we need on our property.
