    New toilet and cistern please
    Thank you so much Chris for coming out so speedily on a number of occasions and sorting us out - very honest about what we did and didn't need, reliable and went the extra mile!

    Leaking pipe leading from the cistern
    A happy customer. I was a bit unsure of using this as a way of finding a plumber as the last time was unsuccessful but I am happy to say I am glad I did as I am very pleased with the service I received. Chris arrived when he said he would, completed the job brilliantly and even provided some future useful advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris to family and friends and will definitely be keeping his number should I need a plumber in the future.

    Low Pressure Bath Shower Mixer with Pipework Noise

    Toilet and wash basin fitting
    Wash basin leaked after fitting. Chris changed tap, but it did not work. He said he would come back the following week and replace pop up waste. Two weeks later no contact, I contacted Chris and was told “ He could come in the new year as he was very busy and away” Also said my budget was used up long ago, with various parts and free job. I paid in full the exact amount that he asked for, my mistake was paying him before the job was completed. I have now hired another plumber to correct and complete the unfinished job.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Tradesmen beware! She paid £120, from that we pay MB huge fees, plus parts and more parts plus free jobs, plus endless visits. I saved her money by suggesting she did not need a new loo and to send it back. She chose the wrong parts without any consultation. She complained about every tradesman that did anything. Stay away!

    Hot tap will not turn off
    Chris is a very polite and pleasant chap. He responded with a call back very promptly indeed and when he realised we had to turn off the heating to disable the hot water feed he was round and completed the job straightaway which shows what a conscientious man he is. I would not hesitate to use him again for any future issues and will be recommending him to friends and family

    Noisy toilet
    I am very pleased with the honest assessment and work carried out by this plumber. He made sure that he kept in contact with me from the outset, and was clear on the pricing structure for all jobs, so that no additional costs were unexpectedly added. I would not hesitate to use this plumber in the future.

    Leaking pipe in kitchen under the sink
    Arrived when stated. Did a quick and efficient repair. His manner was very friendly, I would recommend him.
