Chris is a great guy who turned up on time and wanted to get the job done soon as possible for me, he worked very efficiently and talked me through everything he was doing. Left the toilet clean and tidy once finished. Also he wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that the toilet was working the way it should. Really appreciate his response to my request and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future. Thankyou Chris

Very fast response. He seems to be very dedicated and caring. His response was prompt. Unfortunately I could not give him the job as I discovered that leakage was from my comb. Boiler, from behind and as I had a contract with Scottish to look after this, I called them and they sorted it out.

Chris came out to view my leak and checked all my pipes. He advised that my pipe work looked fine and that I need a service engineer. Chris didn't charge me for his time which I really appreciated because this job won't be cheap! I will be in touch with Chris next time I have a real plumbing job.
