Andrew and his team are amazing, highly recommend to anyone. I really wish every contractor communicated and worked to his high standards. Had replastering quote and work completed all within a couple of days and to an exceptional standard. He sets the benchmark for quality work at a fair price, a 10/10 service.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Andrew was prompt to reply, timely to visit and fair in his quote for the work to be done. In addition, he was the only one who sent a Scope of Works (estimate document) that outlined all of the activities within the work scope and the cost associated with the work. Moreover, from initial contact to work being completed was 3.5 working days with the actual plastering taking 1 full day with a 1/2 day follow-up to tidy up some of the smaller jobs that were included within the scope. In addition to this, from the front door to the room being plastered the floor was properly covered and protected from mess and debris and they left the work areas absolutely spotless. I would recommend Andrew highly and in more than 20 years of hiring contractors Andrew's professionalism and quality of work were exemplary. I only wish that every single contractor modelled themselves on his level of professionalism from start to finish. Sending an official estimate (no £ surprises and no texted quotes), sending a copy of his liability/indemnity insurance, punctual, getting the work done, exceptional quality, zero mess, professional manner and attitude, pleasant to engage in conversation with. I honestly could not believe just how great the service was and would recommend Andrew highly to anyone looking for work to be carried out. This was the benchmark for quality work at a fair price and positive doesn't do it justice this was a 10/10 service.

We can say nothing but positive things about Andrew, his team, and the work they completed in our house. From his first visit, Andrew was clear about how the job would be approached and gave an accurate guide price. We had a good understanding on the process we would go through thanks to Andrew’s clear explanations. He visited a number of times before the job started to be sure on each aspect and this allowed the job to be completed quickly and to an extremely high quality. They also left no mess - taking away rubbish and rubble each day. Andrew even put up false walls etc. to minimise the dust going into other areas of the house. His communication is great and we felt fully informed every step of the way. We shortlisted Andrew following his positive reviews on MyBuilder, and we are so glad we did! Andrew came to view my property within the week after putting out the ad, assessed what plastering needed to be done and was totally transparent with what he was going to be doing and the cost. Told me that he was going to come back the next day to start the work and finished the work within a day! Couldn't believe how quick he was and so grateful that he was able to do it with such a short turn around time - all work done to perfection! Couldn't recommend him more, will always be recommending him in the future! Thank you again!

Walls in kitchen removed, window blocked and walls plastered. Andrew and his team did a great job, completing the work on time as requested. Pleased with the finished job and the price.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. I contacted Andrew to carry out the building work of removing an interior weight loading wall to open up 2 rooms to create a large kitchen. Andrew advised me on all that needed to be considered before starting the works: contacting building control and employing a structural engineer. He provided a clear estimate for the building works and that he did not require payment until the work was complete. Andrew and his team were able to co-ordinate the building work with the kitchen fitters and plumber. Andrew and his team made the whole process stress free, completed the building work to schedule, removed all building waste and left space clean. The standard of work was excellent, removing wall, installing load bearing beam, boarding, plastering walls and ceiling. I would definitely contact Andrew again for any future building work.

Mr Illingworth is amazing. Not a term I use lightly I can explain. I was quoted 5 weeks to do a job wich he completed in 4 days perfectly. He then helped in suggesting other traders that he also looked out for me to make sure there where performing. He and his company are polite, clean, helpful and respectful. Simply the best!

Andy and his team came round to have a look at chimney breast work at short notice. Very competitive price. And did the work there and then. They was in and out in a day. Which was such a surprise. I thought I’d be waiting weeks. Very knowledgeable and feel you with confidence. Would definitely recommend and will use again for any further work I have. Thanks guys.

Andrew & his team removed an old-fashioned brick arch from an internal supporting wall, squared it off and made up the walls to the dimensions needed for future fitment of internal double doors, and plastered the new bit of wall ready to go. The join between new and old walls is invisible and the job completed to an excellent standard. Lots of explanations along the way and careful to check for supporting beams etc and able to fit one if needed, and went to a lot of effort to get the dimensions right for the benefit of whoever fits the doors when we are ready. Would be my first call for any future work- cheers
