Stefan and his team did a great job of completely transforming my bathroom from very dated and ugly with brown carpet and terrible plumbing to a beautiful wet room. It was my first time renovating and Stefan gave very helpful advice and suggestions. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and when there were some issues Stefan resolved them quickly. They always left the house very clean. Will definitely be getting in touch when I do my kitchen next year and for any other work. Thanks Stefan!

Stefan and his team did an amazing job, they fully redecorated my bathroom. I still can't trust my eyes when I walk into the bathroom, it is just beautiful! Stefan is a highly competent professional, who is able to do a wide range of things. Moreover, he is able to give a valuable advice, which will also save you some money. I have now asked Stefan to install an air extractor in the living area as well as to change cracked glass in double-glazed windows, and he has happily agreed to do so. I am truly delighted I found someone I can rely on. Stefan, I hope we will keep in touch in the future. Highly recommended!

I recommend Stefan and his team who completed the re tiling of our bathroom. He kept the work on budget, the communication was fluid and even though it took longer than expected Stefan didn’t take any shortcut to finish it to a great standard.

After I shortlisted HSI builders & development, Stefan contacted me and came the next day to see access the job. I received his quote within a few days and it was very competitive. I decided to go with Stefan as he came across as friendly and he could complete the work within my time frame. The work was completed to a good standard on time and within budget. When I had some snagging issues Stefan came back within a day to rectify them.

Hard working, talented, and brilliant! Stefan fitted a new unvented boiler, underfloor heating, radiators, entire new bathroom suite and retiled our kitchen floor. He built bespoke mirror cabinets to maximise space in our small bathroom that looked beautiful. He went above and beyond and if we ever had any queries or changes he was always happy to get the job done!

Stefan was very helpful from the beginning and took time to understand exactly what we wanted from our new bathroom. He was committed to doing a good job and rectifying existing problems in the bathroom's plumbing structure - he didn't take shortcuts and clearly has a great knowledge of building/plumbing/bathrooms which made me feel confident in his decisions and quality of his work. Stefan and his team are extremely hard working, often staying later to make progress with the job. We are very happy with the result and I never imagined our bathroom could look so smart, bright and stylish. The attention to detail with the metro tiles and grouting is a very good standard and the finish is extremely professional. Stefan did a very good job and we love our new bathroom. There were a few hidden issues that delayed the fitting but Stefan did a good of finding solutions for them all and was clear with us about costs along the way. We would definitely hire him again.
