Very pleased with work. Stefan advised several ideas/upgrades which have really enhanced the en suite. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. The job took longer than advised but the renovation was well worth the wait.

I organised 4 quotes and although Stefan / HSI wasn't the cheapest, it was fairly priced and he was friendly, knowledgeable and comes across as very confident in his craft (and the photos on the HSI website show the quality of his work on modern bathroom fit outs). It made my decision more easy. I ordered the units and let him know which tiles I wanted and shared my idea for the layout and he and his team started on time (within a few weeks of a deposit) and took care of absolutely everything from repositioning pipework, re-plastering walls, to in the end re-wiring lights and fitting a new window. Nothing was too much trouble and communication throughout was excellent, he always checked with me if there was an uncertainty, and he responded with confidence whenever I had concerns or questions about the likely finish - even moving the exterior wall waste pipe to get a better fit for the toilet. The team were tidy in the rest of my flat a despite limited space, courteous, and at the very end cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they'd been there. I now have a stunning bathroom and adjoining utility room finished to a very high standard - and always with Stefan's enthusiasm and positivity.

Stefan and his team were great! They did a full bathroom re-furbishment for us, to a slightly tricky design, and we would definitely recommend them and use again. Friendly, and the bathroom looks great. Thank you.

HSI Builders are truely the best builders I've worked with so far. They are communicative, fast, and attentive to detail. I had a bathroom refurb job, of turning a tiny ex-council bathroom into a spendid looking shower room. It turned out absolutely fantastic. Throughout the job, I had many extra and highly detailed requests which they completed without any complaints. Like any building project, there were unexpected setbacks and issues, but they approached and solved them with elegance. Overall, they did much more than I expected and have completely changed my previous impression of builders from past experience. I will hire them again without hesitation. I think they are going to do big things in the future. I highly recommend HSI Builders to anyone whom is after the best quality work out there.

A fantastic job with great communication throughout the process (very responsive on whatsapp etc) and was extremely helpful in ensuring we purchased the right size / type of items for our bathroom. Would strongly recommend.

Stefan did a fantastic job with my bathroom refurb - very happy with the quality of the work now it's finished. He was also excellent at going through everything with me from the initial plans, buying the right stuff, making suggestions to improve on my ideas as we went. The work was all done quicker than expected and him and his colleagues were great about making sure everything was left clean and tidy at the end. Would definitely recommend to others.
