    Floor fitting
    Job not complete but paid for. Keeps promising will come back to finish but doesn't. Floor isn't level hence makes a lot of noise.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Very shocked and disappointed by this comment although not entirely surprised as truth be known, yes did pay for floor but this was only small piece of job as she requested lots of extras which was done and when I asked for payment there was excuse after excuse, was very happy with floor and NO squeaks or noises as claimed but struggled paying for floor let alone ALL the extras that I done, if anything I chased her for money, never not gone back to a job in my life and check other feedback for a truthful account of my services. This has been reported to My Builder to be removed as it’s utter false and just an excuse for non payment. Many Thanks and I hope you enjoy your lovely quiet floor all on the house as they say.

    Laminate floor install
    Kiley offer efficient service and done my floor nicely. He is helpful and friendly. will defo recommend him to work with similar job.

    Preparing floorboards for carpet fitting - URGENT!
    Kiley stepped in at the last minute to prepare my hall floors for the carpet fitters who were due to arrive this morning, after the people who had agreed to do the work let me down. This involved replacing a section of damaged floorboards, and covering everything in hardboard, cutting around door frames, pipes etc... all on a Sunday. He worked tirelessly all day, and finished the job beautifully. So when the carpet fitters arrived this morning, the floor was perfect. Very grateful!

    Laminate for front room hall and bathroom
    Kiley was extremely professional and competent at his job. Highly experienced and carried out the job absolutely fabulously. I cannot praise him enough. He is at the top of his game. Superb.

    Floor to lay but heavy furniture
    New engineered wood flooring fitted in porch and sitting room. Good accurate clean job done. Took a bit longer than expected but good result. Would trust to do other work and happy to recommend

    Kiley is brilliant, a hard worker, with a wide expertise. Nothing was too much bother. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

    Engineered Wood floor installed in living room
    Did a great job installing floorboards in our living room. Very efficient, quick and also gave good and helpful advice. Recommended and would work with again.

    Upgrade to en suite
    Very pleased with my lovely new bathroom, nice professional finish looks a lot more expensive than it actually was. Was finished in time quoted and came in on budget. Overall job well done and would recommend.
