Robert was very helpful and provided with many good advice. He came a 2nd time to help me fix the detected leakage and installing a new gas hob. Good price, relible professional doing a tidy job.

Robert came round to my house and unclogged my secondary heat exchanger. He was polite, efficient and tidy. He also took the time to explain things to me, which was much appreciated.

Robert seems pretty cold over the phone, but it was a wrong feeling, he came right at the appointment time, found the problem, explained it to me in an understanding manner, went to get the required spare part and fixed it right away. even if it seems to have been a pretty simple job, he did it well and clean, has also explained me what to look for in futur to avoid the same problem. If needed, will certainly call him again

I can honestly say that Robert & his team carried out totally professional work for my client under very difficult conditions. My company are carrying out a full refurbishment & in the past 10 years have been let down by so many so called plumbers who have failed to deliver & have lied & cheated on countless occasions. I thought I myself would advertise on My Builder & accepted Roberts detailed estimate. Robert turned up on time, worked very long hours & completed a complete boiler replacement, all new pipework throughout & all new radiators in 2 days. the pipework was outstanding, a work of art, he & his team take pride in there work, truly faultless. Its taken me 10 years to find such a good, honest, reliable team that are true to there word & they do deliver. Robert did a good job, was punctual and cleaned up after himself. Good value of £400 to change old boiler, install new boiler and flush system.
