Derek Fitted a hand radiator towel . Was very professional ,tidy and very knowlegeable. He is very hardworking and highly recommend his work. He was very reasonably priced .

Derek has transformed our tired upstairs bathroom into a lovely modern space, with the minimum of fuss. He is very professional, neat and tidy and was very helpful with repairing the joists when the flooring was removed as they had been damaged by a previous owner. His tiling is lovely and neat, so much so we got some more tiles and he has put a splashback in our downstairs cloakroom too. His quote was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance with plumbing, tiling and bathrooms.

Job cancelled when Derek did not arrive to complete the work, shame as he had offered good advice and had advised how to do another job myself rather than pay him to do it.

I hired Derek for carrying out plumbing work required for installations of 2 toilets and 2 basins in my bathroom and cloakroom. Derek came across a very professional tradesman. His quote was reasonable and standard of his work was something which you expect from a professionally qualified and experienced plumber. Arrived on time as promised and finished the work within expected time. You can not ask for more.

Very good service, I hired D West & Sons to replace an old shower and enclosure in my en suite, Derek was very helpful right the way through the process, in making sure the products I sourced were all correct, and then through to the replacement of the shower unit and refitting on the enclousure. He was always very punctual, reliable, and did a good thorough clean job, whilst also keeping the space tidy and causing minimal disruption to our home. I would highly recommend Derek and will call upon him for future plumbing jobs.
