Gary didn't do the work in the end, but was really helpful in advising me on how the other person I did use, was doing. Highly recommend and completely honest about what is required or not. You can trust Garry!

Gary responded to our request to quote really quickly, was round to make the assessment at the first opportunity and carried out the work immediately after we agreed to go ahead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who asked, great service and sensible quote and will keep his number for any future work we need.

Given the job description, I should say there is a chance we haven't definitively identified the original source of damp, but I knew that from the beginning & wanted to proceed with the work anyway. I'm very pleased with the quality of work Gary and his team did: on time, as quoted, & looks great... Gary seemed very knowledgeable & experienced in his field. In addition he is excellent at communicating from start to finish, which is refreshing, even while he was on holiday! ... and was more than happy to leave the scaffolding longer for me to get some opportunistic painting done in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend & use again.

Gary was simply brilliant. Couldn't be more pleased with his thoroughness and assessment of the work required. He himself visited the property assessed the work took detailed pictures and provided a full estimate in short notice. Even told the neighbour so that she was not to be alarmed. Thanks Gary!

Didn't actually use Garry. Poor experience given his other apparently good feedback. Late by an hour for his appointment to quote. Didn't seem to be clear on agreed time. OK, no problem, I can let that go. Quoted quickly enough, confirmed appointment. I tried to re-confirm two days before the agreed date. No response. Tried again one day before - no response. Ready and waiting on the day - no show. Called and left several messages. No response. Having wasted a morning, I called to cancel the job. Still no response. If he couldn't do the job, or needed to move the date, or wasn't interested in the job any more, a simple phone call would be the least I would expect. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing

Very pleased with the work that Gary did for us. He replaced the main tiled roof plus 2 flat roofs and the guttering to the property fitting in the work just before Christmas. I will certainly use 21st Century Roofing again.

Gary and his team renewed our old roof using both Spanish slate and glass fibre (for the flat part). They also installed new Velux windows and insulation. They did a really excellent job, arriving on time and completing the work ahead of schedule. Gary and his team plainly take pride in the quality of their work and they were also fun to have around. Gary's roofs come with a government-backed guarantee. I recommend 21st Century Roofing highly.

Its taken me a year to write this review and I must apologies to Gary for my delay. Gary was brilliant, he was swift with getting over the quote, which had a full description of all the work. Gary also sent over his full insurance details which I have never had a builder do before. Every morning I had a call from Gary with updates on the days work. His team were polite and hard workers. Gary even left the scaffold up for a couple of weeks after so that I could get the painting finished. One year on the roof is still looking good and most importantly it isn't leaking anymore.

Reliable and experienced Roofer. Good communication and fair costs. Work done to a high standard. Gary takes a good interest in after care too. He advised us to monitor the problem and if it recurs, to give him a call and he will be back straight away to solve it. Highly recommended Roofer
