What a delightful experience. This job was in Herts and I am in Dorset. I selected 3 roofers from the website. One didn’t respond, one didn’t turn up to assess, but Chris’s boys did the business. They assessed on the Friday and did the job 6 days later. The roofers were smart, polite, obviously well trained and they got on with the job. I started this whole exercise with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. It is just so reassuring to know that there are still firms who can provide a good service. I’m getting on in years and I remember the days when there was time and training for builders so that a good result was the norm. Sadly rather rare these days. Well done and thank you.

Chris and his team done a great job of re-felting our flat extension roof. The roof looks great and cleaned up the area and took all rubbish away with them. Very professional company. Kept me up to through the process. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be using them when we decide to re-felt our garage roof.

A difficult job that required professionals and so glad I chose Empire. It was well worth the price. I am very happy that I chose Empire to do my elderly aunts guttering & facias which has been problematic for a number of years. The service was excellent from start to finish, real professionals and tidy too! My aunt has as always been weary of builders but they were so efficient and quick, she was very very happy. Excellent work, the quote was the next day and reasonably priced. The guys were there a full day and we’re very polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble (we wanted extra things done) we’re very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend!

At the risk of sounding overly-glowing, we can wholeheartedly say that have been extremely pleased with the work of Empire UPVC. This particular job involved replacing the soffits, facia boards and guttering on two adjoining houses. Our quote from Chris was detailed, professionally done, and accompanied with a phone call answering any immediate questions. After consulting with our neighbour, Chris and his team were very helpful in answering our follow-up questions before we agreed to select them for the job. Throughout the whole process, Empire's communications and professionalism was outstanding, even if leaving aside the typical experience in the industry. The work itself was done by two members of the Empire team, who were on-time, well organised, evidently skilled, and completed the work within a week as agreed. The materials used convincing looked to be top-quality, with the finished article looking superb. A very small part came detached a few days afterwards, but on notifying Chris he was able to send someone round the next working day who fixed it accordingly, with no further issues looking likely. Both ourselves and our neighbour were thoroughly impressed with the service of Empire, and are extremely satisfied with our new guttering. I would end by recommending prospective customers ask Chris for a quote (probably using it as a benchmark against which to measure other quotes), and can rely on the quality of work during and after the job to match with expectations.
