Great service and will definitely use again. Fred was polite and friendly and our tenant was happy too.

Fred answered my add promptly and surprised me further by getting to me that evening. Just as he was about to begin work, we suffered a power cut and were left in darkness. Fred was undeterred, donned an LED headlamp, and got started...The job was in truth a little more awkward than I had described it given how our kitchen units were constructed - but Fred was clearly capable of thinking on his feet and quickly came up with a solution. He then safety checked it for us - and now all works well. He'd originally suggested the job would take "no more than an hour" and only charged me for an hour, though I'd swear he put a little more work into it than that. Would certainly recommend and will certainly use again.

He arrived at the agreed time and carried out all the work and tests very competently and carefully, explaining everything and answering questions as he went along. A five star service at a very reasonable rate. I will certainly ask him to do more work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Fred replied to my messages promptly, came out within a week and ordered the part Friday night so he could come back and fix my boiler on the Monday.

Fred gave us an honest opinion on what he thought needed to be done to rectify our hot water fault on a Vailliant Boiler giving us all the possible scenarios and costs. The final price matched his quote on the nail and what's more we have hot water again within half hour of his visit. I am very satisified and would definately not hesitate in recommending Fred to family or friends and have Diamond's number in our phone directory should we need his services in the future.

Thank you Fred you did a great job on the two of our rental properties, after many visits from an earlier gas engineer from another company with no solution, Fred came in a fixed up a heating system diagnosing within one visit and within a few days replacing the parts.
