I contracted Fred to service 2 boilers and supply CP12s for two properties. My tenants both stated that he was puncual, polite and tidy. For my part he pointed out an installation error from my previous plumber and corrected it. I asked him to put these dates into a database so that he can contact me, in a years time when the CP12s require re-newing, so that I do not fall foul of the Law. This he has done, so one less thing for me to remember. Overall I am pleased with what Fred has done for me to date, and as you can see I shall be using Fred again. I have also asked him to contact me in the Spring so that I can get my boiler serviced.

Fred serviced our boiler and fixed our central heating problem in just about an hour. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Good job well-done, many thanks!

We hired Fred at Diamond to replace our Central Heating Thermostat. He came out quickly and promptly and replaced it within a few days. He also serviced our boiler. When he left we smelt gas so called Fred straight away. He came back within 30 minutes and tested all the equipment and there was no fault. We were very happy with the work Fred did and it only cost £90 for the new thermostat and the boiler service which we thought was very reasonable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fred to other people.
