    Bath & Basin to be fitted

    Would not use this tradesman again. Did a really botched job .

    I'm sorry to hear that. According to Mybuilder this job was from 697 days ago, and when it was completed the customer was happy with the work, which was guaranteed. I have no knowledge of any issues as the customer has not been in contact with me in the 2yrs since completion.

    Change toilet pipe

    David, I am not happy with the service you provided. The service I requested was to change part of the pipe behind the toilet , you used the plunger to unblock the toilet with I previously used, it did not work and yet you charged me £40 with was not agreed. I mentioned to you that the property I moved into is a new built and that that specific toilet was never used (the water was clear) I did pay and I requested an invoice which you never sent! Thank you

    Refit bath

    David did an excellent job. He was kind enough to arrive early in the morning to collect keys, and then did a great job repairing damage to a floor underneath a bath. All done easily, quickly, and with no stress. Thank you.

    Leaking soil pipe

    David arrived very promptly at my house. He carried out the repair very quickly. He was friendly and offered further advice. I was very pleased with the service provided and the charge for the repair was as expected.

    Replace taps, move a tap, replace change washers

    David provided efficient, transparently priced and cost-effective service from start to finish, replacing indoor and outdoor taps and also some washers. It was great to find someone friendly and helpful for work I had been putting off for a long time! He also gave useful advice about other plumbing improvements I plan for the future. I heartily recommend him.

    I have water slowly backing up into my cold water tank causing it to overflow. Suspect it might be kitchen mixer tap. Need to check problem and maybe fit non-return valve

    David identified my problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He also took the trouble to tighten up a few loose connections etc. unasked. Very reasonable price for the job and a friendly and helpful guy. Very satisfied, thanks.

    Tightening the bathroom sink taps

    I was very impressed with David's prompt response and service. His pricing was decent. He was able to explain the details of the issue he was addressing in a clear, accessible way, and offered sensible, down-to-earth advice.
