Turned up on time and did a decent job. Would use again.

The team completed the work on time even though there were unseen issues. They were flexible and thorough and the finish was excellent. I would have no problem recommending them to friends or family.

They did a brilliant job! I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will be definitely asking then to quote on any other jobs that need doing. They were polite, professional and most of all reliable. They communicated effectively about when they would be here and what they would be doing. Unfortunately we were let down by previous firm and the work that they had done was not great. Richard and his team sorted it all out as best they could. We are really happy with our new bathroom and very happy with the price we paid for fitting.

I employed Richard and his team to completely renovate the bathroom in a property I rent out. As the location was some distance from my own home I was not able to meet with them personally or oversee the job so I had to place a lot of trust in them. They provided a very detailed and competitive quote quickly and were open to negotiations. The job was started and completed very promptly with only one minor hitch which was due to a misunderstanding caused by me not being on site myself and was resolved very satisfactorily even though it involved extra work for which they made no extra charge. The ability to communicate regularly by phone and email made the whole process much easier than I had feared. Although I have not been able to view the result of their hard work personally yet my tenant is thrilled with the result and I am impressed by the photos I have seen. I would be very happy to use them again and to recommend them to others. Many thanks.
