Muhammad is very professional in his mannerism and he quickly identified the problem and discussed it with me before undertaking any works. He also identified another smaller issue which I hadn't yet noticed, which was very helpful and proactive. In addition, the problem was fixed quickly and the price for the job was reasonable. Overall I would recommend him and will use him again in the future if I have any other issues.

Problem was solved fairy speedilyvery polite and ensured I was happy with the work so a positive for that. However did arrive much later than originally stated was told between 10 and 12 but didn't arrive till around 4 due to being delayed on another job which is understandable (a simple message update would be helpful) so a neutral for that. Finally the cost of the parts a new hose and fittings/ washers from dishwasher to sink charged at £32. did seem a little excessive to me although I'm no expert so I will give a neutral/negative for that as I was informed on the original quote parts are extra but I could provide my own. I have given a positive overall as quote and the job was done correctly and speedily and Mohammad was very polite.

Muhhamad gave me a quote and charged me exactly that to stop a leak and change a pipe with difficult acccess underneath my bath tub . Some other plumber wanted to cut a hole in my ceiling and although he has high ratings was very unprofesional in contrast with Muhhamad. I am very pleased with his services and would use him again .
