    Kitchen Waste fitting and drainage pipes replacement
    Job was completed to a very high standard. I was initially told that parts I had just purchased could not be used but when similar was not available in local hardware stores the parts were used. All in all a very good job.

    Did a good job, however after looking online since having the work done their hourly rate is expensive.

    Pipe damaged with screw
    Good points: arrived in good time and at short notice. Work completed relatively quickly and appeared to be of a good standard. Bad points: damaged plaster on wall, (pipe was under the floor, not near the wall which was damaged), left a foot print on another wall - both had to be redecorated. Charge for "materials" was excessive, knowing how much the material would have cost. Easy way to jack up what seemed to be a somewhat reasonable price for an urgent call out. Neutral points: refunded material cost to cover the damage to the wall. Price to complete the job (excluding materials) was reasonable. Was very responsive and I very much appreciate them being able to accommodate in such short notice. Overall, I'd probably shop around in the future if I had more time to do so. Good if you need a quick or urgent job doing.

All our engineers go through strict training procedures , this also includes customer care and satisfaction. The engineer will be called in to discuss the situation and when we arrived at an outcome ,(whether that is re-training in customer service or worst case being relieved of his duties)you will be informed personally as we don’t have the option of adding comments or feedback more than once.     Boiler leaking water
    Muhammad came within 2 hours of me shortlisting him and fixed the problem. He worked quickly and tidily, was polite, and explained what the problem was in words I could understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Disconnect an old gas fire
    Really helpful and good communication. We asked him to disconnect a gas fire as we thought we heard a bird in the chimney, he even helped us rescue them! Thank you so much!
