Boiler stopped working
Extremely poor. I strongly advise anyone against using this company. I called Muhammad Khan out as power was tripping and I believed it might be the combi boiler. In fact, it was an oversensitive RCD unit which an electrician subsequently changed. The heating engineer put in a temporary power supply and disconnected my Hive. This left me with hot water but no heating, so he told me that there was a blockage and it needed a power flush. I knew this was not the case as it had all been working well before. I contacted the person who normally services my boiler, whom I trust, but he was unable to come out for a week. When he visited, there was indeed a blockage - created by Conclusive Property Services because in disconnecting the hive he'd closed the valves so the heat could not get through. I was therefore without heating for a week, had to buy electric heaters, and pay for someone else to sort the issue out properly. Despite emails and phone calls, I have yet to have the £165 I paid to this company refunded.

We appreciate your feedback. The engineer that was sent out by our company did all the necessary checks,he explained to you that it was an electrical fault as when he arrived the boiler was off and continued to trip when switched on. He made sure you were left with hot water and explained that he is not qualified to touch the consumer unit,he did all that he could in his professional capacity and recommended that you have an electrician come out to rectify the RCD situation. He would have no need to offer you a power flush as this is not a service we provide. The engineer offered to come back out once the electrics had been sorted out. We have both the reports that you provided from the tradespeople you called out and we can clearly see that an Electrician was called out tho rectify the RCD and then a Gas Engineer was called to reconnect the wires that were causing the tripping issue. This confirms that the Gas Engineer sent out by us did everything in accordance with the guidelines.

Bouler not furing up properly
Can't recommend Mohammed highly enough. Came out promptly did the work and was so courteous and friendly. Look no further if you need a job doing
