    Broken Shower - fixed wall mounted arm broke from wall
    Very simple job and charged £150 to basically unscrew a pipe and screw in a replacement which I literally could have done if only I’d had the knowledge. The actual trades person that arrived - assuming contractor - was a lovely guy, really friendly and professional but had no ability to adjust price based on the job and you could tell he was uncomfortable with the cost. Advice - get a few quotes and use this company if you’re sure it’s a competitive quote.

    Central Heating not working
    There was nothing broken, nothing malfunctioning. The heating was switched off through the thermostat, which I hadn't used since I only moved into my home in June. I was charged £150 for 2 mins explanation on how to switch on the heating using the thermostat.

    Problem with radiators after bleeding them
    Great job by Muhammad - came out very quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and sorted problem. Would definitely recommend

    Installation of gas pipe to the cooker
    I was impressed with Muhammeds work, he installed a gas pipe from my gas meter to the gas hob professionally outside the house. While he was working he explained the process so i have an understanding of what's happening. Muhammed fixed my boiler without replacing any parts and started the hot water & radiators.

    Just moved in. Need support with boiler
    Really quick to respond and come out. Great service. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. Engineer solved my issue and gave me advice. Would recommend and will be using again.

    Disconnect and remove old fireplace gas pipelines
    The guy knows what he's talking about but my god did he overcharge for a job that he finished in 30mins. Unfair pricing and taking advantage for sure. I agree its unfair to write a negative review when a price is agreed before a job is carried out. He popped up to my request with £125+vat quote so I accepted, he also responded pretty quickly which I appreciate. Now im no gas engineee he used some fancy jargons with me, said it can take couple of hours for the job (which was to cut and cap of an old gas line) so he has to charge me £280 (initially started off with £340). Im like okay if its that difficult go ahead makes sense. I needed the job done because I had builders in my house that needed the gas line capping off. 30mins later and he's finished the job, and he's indirectly making comments about some jobs can take 15mins and some can take hours. I agree but you'd think he'd adjust his price based on the work he had to do and the time it took. I felt like i got robbed, spoke to a friend of mine and he had a similar job that he had done a month before and he only paid £60 for it. A fraction of the price of what I paid. Good engineer but would not reccomend or use again. Daylight robbery.
