Chimney Chaps installed our log burner fire today, I had good communication with Brett throughout, he explained everything needed. 2 lovely chaps came to fit our log burner they were kind, friendly and professional and did an amazing job. Anyone who is looking for a log burner fire fitted I would definitely recommend Chimney Chaps. Thank you to Brett and his great team.

I wasn’t in at the time of the fit, however my family have said how professional the workers were! Worked through their dinner break to get the job complete! Got home from work to my shiny new stove, got it going and it’s absolutely cracking! Cheers Brett and team!- Chloe

To get my log burner installed was so easy. 2 men turned up at 11am and left around 6ish. The old fireplace was ripped out and new burner working by the time they left. Everywhere was left tidy and clean enough considering what a filthy job it was. I'm so happy! John and gazza worked professionally and really hard. I'd recommend chimney chaps to anyone wanting a dual burner. Thanks Brett, john and gazza.

Wasted 4 weeks of my time dealing with Brett only to call it at day after some poor comms.Due to illness job got cancelled on Sunday when due to be fitted on Monday.Then after no comms for refit date etc had to chase to find he had other health problems.

Worked like horses all day in gruelling heat to professionally fit a wood burning stove/oven. Really hard to get good tradesmen like this these days. Very trustworthy and cheapest in the area. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Brett, John, Gaz and Aimee

Brilliant service from 2 great guys John and Gaz, worked in a heatwave and overcome loads of obstacles to do a great job, would definitely hire them again there work was 1st class

Fantastic job completed by the team, first class customer service , no fuss and amazing response. Can I just say in today’s climate trying to get a tradesman alone is more than a nightmare but Brett and his team are first class , would highly recommend A+++++

Chimney Chaps turned up on time as arranged. Two lovely blokes, I felt at easy with them both, real gent they are. Fitting a log burner in a static caravan presented a few problems but Chimney Chaps found a solution every time. They went above and beyond what l expected from them. I am over the moon with the log burner. They worked professionally, worked very efficiently and explained how to light the burner. I would highly recommend theses guys. Jackie!
