Had a log burner with twin flue installed Very competitive price although it was the positive reviews that sealed it for me , Thank you to John and gaz the fitters ,great pair of lads ,turned up got on with the job worked very hard, everything left clean and tidy and finished a lot sooner then I thought, I'm really glad I went with these guys, and would definitely recommend them , a 5 star service all round. Brett was brill from start to finish, we wanted the log burner fitting asap and he was able to squeeze us in this close to Christmas! The lads that come to fit it were great, it was done properly & they also taught me how to get the fire going. Really quick to answer questions and provide my quote. I desperately needed the stove fitting before Christmas and he was able to find a spot for me. Little hiccup as the stove hadn’t arrived by the date of fitting but Brett re-arranged the fitting for the next week and kept in touch. John and Gaz did an amazing job fitting the stove and even stayed behind after install to make sure I knew how to use the stove and give me advice. Left the house spotless. Really happy with the service!

After being messed about by a log burner installation firm in Wombwell, I put my job up on My Builder. I had 2 reply's and I interviewed both of them and decided to employ Chimney Chaps. There was a waiting list and I had to wait until 28th November for the job to start. Lee and Martin turned up around 8 in the morning. They put dustsheets down, covered furniture and shelving with polythene sheets and they even had an extraction fan with concertina piping to suck the dust and soot outside. They then cracked on to remove the old casement and hearth and replace with new. Martin went up on the roof to install the chimney liner and the outlet cowling. Down below Lee installed the duel log burner, and does he know how to use a spirit level. Then Lee and Martin connected up the flue and cleared up as job done. They then did a smoke test and fired the log burner up, and it worked perfectly. I can not fault Lee and Martin in any way and they are truly top men professionals at what they do. The job was a reasonable price as well. Now my log burner is burning away radiating some cheap heat. British Gas/President Putin you are sacked. My smart meter readings have gone from 8-9 quid per day down to 2-3 quid a day. Gas will only be used for cooking, hot water and very minimal central heating. I would like to thank you very much Lee and Martin for a very professional duel log burner installation,and future saving me money on my energy bills.
